Household Association Administration

Active Management conducts the following activities as part of its administration service:

  • Preparation of economic plan for the Household Association and monitoring of its performance during the year,
  • Representing the Household Association in front of natural and legal entities, state offices, local government’s administration authorities, banks, post office and other institutions,
  • Quarterly presentation to the Management of an abbreviated financial report regarding performance of tasks under the administration agreement, as well as submission of annual financial reports for approval,
  • Arranging and conducting Household Association’s meetings,
  • Building book management,
  • Preparation of renovation plan together with budgeting and tendering for works,
  • Renegotiation and signing of contracts with utility and telecoms service providers, security and waste collection companies,
  • Prompt and effective professional intervention in all kinds of emergency situations (including 24-hour emergency telephone service),
  • Regular updating to Household Association Management with financial reports and related information.
